John Archer

John established Archer Mathieson (AM) in 1998, after identifying a niche in the market place for executive recruitment services outside London. John brought a wealth of experience to the venture having worked in a senior capacity for some of the industry’s market leaders in Brussels, Canada and the UK.

Much of AM’s success has been as a result of the high service standards established by John at the very beginning and by his ability to secure team members who share his talent for recruitment and his passion for service excellence.

Supported by a team of specialists in all of AM’s key business areas John is now able to focus his recruitment skills on senior board level appointments in finance and general management.

Outside of work John enjoys family holidays, skiing & golf. He works out at the gym to help compensate for his love of fine food & wine.
