With over 25 year's recruitment experience, Rod has specialised in interim management since 1997. He stumbled into recruitment in the early 80's whilst looking for a sales role and quickly discovered that it really is the ultimate people business. He has developed an extensive network over the years and believes his success has come from dealing with people as individuals rather than as clients or candidates.

A Hampshire based family man, Rod is a keen sportsman playing golf and tennis regularly and enjoying football and rugby as a spectator
