Paragon Print and Packaging announces the purchase, of the assets, of the Sessions of York label business

April 30, 2010, Press Dispensary. Sessions of York was placed into administration on Wednesday 21st April. On Thursday 22nd April Paragon Print and Packaging was made aware of the opportunity to purchase the assets of the business for the first time. Since then negotiations with the administrator have been successfully concluded.

The completion of the Sessions of York asset purchase is part of the Paragon Group’s strategic objective to expand into new market sectors.

Sessions of York is a long established business and an expert in the supply of self adhesive products in pharmaceutical, healthcare, personal care and household markets.

The strategic fit between Paragon and Sessions will provide a platform to accelerate growth and product innovation for the combined businesses.

Paragon Print and Packaging Group is the UK market leader in self adhesive labelling. The Group manufactures self adhesive labels, linerless labels, promotional labels, flexible films, sleeves and cartons.
