GMG Radio sends Stream UK to No One

September 02, 2010, Press Dispensary. Stream UK is now the UK’s largest radio streaming provider following the signing of the GMG Radio contract. GMG Radio, one of Britain's leading radio businesses encompassing the Real Radio, Smooth Radio and Rock Radio brands has chosen Stream UK as its internet radio streaming provider. The group has 13 stations across London, Wales, Scotland, Yorkshire, East and West Midlands and the North East and North West of England currently reaching 4.73 million adult listeners per week and providing GMG Radio with the largest regional footprint in the UK.

By choosing Stream UK as its streaming partner GMG Radio is now able to stream via the internet to all radio streaming devices including computers, laptops, iPhone, aac+, mp3 enabled mobile phones, iPad and Philips Streamium. This cross-platform compatibility means that GMG Radio stations can now take advantage of a vast amount of extra listeners across the digital spectrum*.

Stream UK has also been providing the radio streaming for the BBC World Service since 2008.
