Readers who book a fortnight’s break in a privately owned villa with pool on the Costa Blanca during the months of November, December 2005 (including Christmas) and January 2006 can receive two free, exotic spa experiences provided by the five-star Marriot Hotel, Spain, worth 60 Euros.

All villas included in the special offer are located in the picturesque areas of Moraira, Javea, Denia and Calpe, along the Costa Blanca coastline. Not just a summer destination, the peninsula of the Costa Blanca has ‘one of the most environmentally perfect climates in the world’* thanks to its micro climate, and is ideally suited to anyone who wants to winter away from Blighty’s infamous cold, wind and rain.

With the VillaSpain deal, guests can enjoy the luxury of the Marriot’s spas, water hydrotherapy areas, saunas, aromatic steam rooms, and outside hot tub looking towards the Montgo Mountains. Ideal for men, women or mothers to be, the spas offer: facials, body treats, herbal baths, mud treatments, massage, aromatic showers, waxing, floatation as well as physiotherapy, fitness and nutrition consultation. After their healthy and restorative treatments, guests can relax in the comfort of the spa’s rest room with a complementary soft drink.

The deal includes two hours’ free Spa Experience in a thermal bathing suite with laconium heat chamber, caldarium steam room, crystal thermarium dry heat, tropical hot shower, marine cold rain and mist shower, hydrotherapy pool and outdoor heated whirlpool for a recommended two hours. Following this treat, guests will then enjoy the 40 minute Rasul treatment: a traditional Arabic mud chamber in which therapeutic mud is applied to the whole body and relaxation assisted with aromatic steam. The normal cost of the Spa Experience and Rasul treatment is 60 Euros per couple.

As well as spa treatments, guests can take in excellent local restaurants, three local golf courses - including the Marriot’s own course - and various other sports which are available all year round. To obtain two free, luxury Spa Experiences, guests must book a villa with a private pool for two consecutive weeks starting from any date within the period 5 November, 2005 to 5 February, 2006 (the offer is not available on apartments/bungalows with communal pools).

Rentals are affordably priced over a five month period at only 160 GBP per week for a two bed villa with private pool, rising to 300 GBP per week for a four bed luxury villa with a heated private pool between 29 October and 1 April (excluding only the Christmas period of two weeks, which is priced at 275 GBP and 450 GBP per week respectively).
