This is a 'bolt-on' addition to the enhanced online press office

As well as creating your enhanced online press office, we will also develop a PDF version which will appear on our site for journalists to download and will be sent to you for your electronic distribution and printing to paper. The service includes:-

• designing an A4-based layout for the PDF incorporating
  • your logo
  • your choice of images from the press office
  • the backgrounders and profiles we have written for you
• adding the PDF to your enhanced online press office and press releases, for download by journalists and others
• sending you a copy of the PDF for you to
  • distribute to others
  • include on your own website
  • print out (either yourself or using a professional printer) for use at your office, trade fairs, exhibitions, and to send out by post
