Don’t Look Back in Anger
2009-06-19
June 19, 2009 - Press Dispensary - The British Association of Anger Management ( BAAM –http://www.angermanage.co.uk ) is releasing the results of its client satisfaction survey, which show that its courses are proving a long term answer for Brits with anger management issues.
BAAM sent the survey to 800 previous clients, all of whom had attended one of its anger management courses within the last five years. The results predominately show that clients were satisfied with the course they attended and felt that it has helped, or would continue to help them manage their anger.
According to the results, 92% of respondents said their course met expectations; 92% felt that the lessons learned on the course made a positive or very positive contribution towards helping them manage their anger better; and - after an average post-course time of 20 months - 82% reported that the lessons they learned were still helping them manage their anger.
Mike Fisher of BAAM says: "With ten years' experience under our belt we have become the leading experts on anger management in Europe. Our trainers receive at least six months in-depth training specific to anger, stress and trauma. The difference with BAAM, compared to other similar organisations, is our core methodology: we show people how they create their own suffering, in the case of anger and stress, and then teach them how to reduce it."
BAAM offers its anger management courses in three formats: a 10 week (three hours per week) course; a three day (30 hours) weekend course and a 14 hour one-to-one individual course.
