uSuite Survey from Ubiquity Software Takes the Stress out of Data Collection and Analysis

Now, New Zealand-based software developer, Ubiquity Software, is launching its uSuite Survey application (http://usuite.co.uk/uSurvey/) which makes setting up and running a survey easier than ever before.
With uSuite Survey, users can create stress-free surveys using the intuitive, Windows-style wizard. Virtually every aspect of the survey is customisable: the look and feel, number of pages, question types, page layout, page logic and conditional branching. The wizard also creates code to be included on the user’s site, emails the survey directly to selected contacts and generates hyperlinks to the web page containing the survey.
If the survey is to be conducted offline as well as online, uSuite Survey helps cut time and costs. Users can print their surveys, conduct them ‘in the field’ and subsequently enter the results online; or complete the surveys online in person while interviewing respondents on the phone.
uSuite Survey users can set up and customise a survey in under 30 minutes and fully brand it to match their website. They can also create templates to use in future surveys and copy past surveys into uSuite Survey for editing, which reduces data entry time. Alternatively, Ubiquity can set up a survey on the customer’s behalf. The company offers a full range of survey services from design through to analysis.
Thanks to the advanced reporting functions of uSuite Survey, users can view an up-to-date report of responses by logging into the ‘backstage’ area. uSuite Survey’s advanced tools and filters support the analysis of data in real-time. Furthermore, users can download survey data in a wide range of formats for increased reporting flexibility.
To set up a survey, the user simply needs to sign up for an account at http://www.usuite.co.uk/uSurvey/signup.aspx. For a fee of approx. 36 GBP to 152 GBP, depending on the options taken, the survey can be sent to an unlimited number of contacts. Once the survey is activated, the user is only charged only for the responses they chose to view, not all responses received.
