Press Dispensary - March 13, 2008 - The Incredible Ice Cream Company ( http://www.incredibleicecream.co.uk ) is celebrating its first anniversary with a little prime time positioning and a celebrity squad of happy customers. The company has been selected by the boy’s team of Celebrity Apprentice to help Simon Cowell, David Walliams and other team members to raise funds for Sport Relief, broadcast on BBC1, March 14-16.
The Incredible Ice Cream Company provides a custom made self-service ice cream bar to indulge guests and attendees at corporate events, conferences, fun days, weddings, parties and special occasions. It has already participated in over sixty events, delivering an interactive experience that sees guests creating and enjoying their very own treats. Managing director of the Buckinghamshire based company, Pete Phillips, says: “Food at parties should be about theatre and our company guarantees to bring a smile to guests’ faces, as everyone loves ice cream!”
Pete and business partner Mike Fidler have combined their 35 years of food industry experience to create a portable system offering self-service customised ice cream treats. Their specially designed and built ice cream bars allow guests to select their favourite flavour, cone or cup, and then add their own topping. Goldman Sachs, Trailfinders, Blackberry, Next and Habitat are just a sprinkling of the corporate clients that enjoy The Incredible Ice Cream Company’s approach to chilled out entertaining. The glass fibre bars can be created in corporate colours with simple corporate messages or brand names integrated into the design.
