Press Dispensary - January 16, 2006 - Specialist digital and eCRM agency, Underwired (http://www.underwired.com) is launching the new website it has designed for online legal service Lawtel - http://www.lawtel.com. The site serves a subscriber base of 74,000 legal professionals and students in 44 countries.
The site structure was redesigned to improve customer support and sales in a project led by Underwired’s planning director, Lazar Dzamic, who was recently responsible for planning the BIMA and DMA award winning Virgin Holidays eCRM strategy. Interface design was led by Underwired’s creative director, Jason Holland.
Miko Coffey, Lawtel’s project manager, said: ‘Each of Underwired’s specialists met with us in focused meetings that dealt only with their core area, meaning our discussions were especially productive. Lazar and Jason helped us consider ideas that we wouldn’t have thought of ourselves, meaning the end result was much better than it could have been with a less experienced agency.’
Holland comments: ‘All our projects are led by senior staff and, in fact, the agency centres on a team who started working together in 1995. Our team’s attention to detail and thorough planning was crucial to managing this project successfully. The project was particularly demanding in terms of communicating the Lawtel brand to such a vast and exacting customer base.’
The project is the first site to go live following Underwired’s win of Sweet & Maxwell in October 2005. Sweet & Maxwell’s portfolio includes brands Sweet & Maxwell, Lawtel, Consult GEE and Westlaw, for which Underwired is currently planning a new website and online strategy.
