Press Dispensary - July 12, 2006 - A survey conducted by executive recruitment specialist Archer Mathieson reveals interim management as a highly regarded, strategic personnel resourcing tool.
The 200+ senior professionals who responded to the survey recorded strong levels of satisfaction in interim professionals, in the key areas of contribution to the organisation and cost effectiveness. As a result, more and more companies are now actively planning to utilise interim managers’ skills as part of strategic planning. As experienced interim managers offer a proven and highly visible track record, organisations are increasingly looking to them to deliver key projects and change.
Commenting on the survey, Ashton Ward, head of interim management at Archer Mathieson, says: “This is a clear endorsement of interim management from our clients. Many businesses are clearly aware of the tangible results interim managers can produce for their organisation.”
The survey was conducted between 24th April and 5th May 2006 using Archer Mathieson’s database and was managed by dg customer insight.
