Press Dispensary - May 13, 2008 - Mind 4 Publications, a new mail order supplier of sport enhancement training manuals in the North West, is launching ‘A Mind 4 Cricket’, written by clinical hypnotist and sport therapist, Paul Maher. This is probably the only published work totally dedicated to cricketers so they can improve their potential by overcoming any mental limitations.

Most sports people use their minds against themselves, limiting their physical gifts by not training their mental skills. Results in cricket depend on using the mind effectively.

‘A Mind 4 Cricket’ is for players of all levels, coaches and those involved in the cricket set-up, to learn proven methods from sport psychology and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
